Procrastination

If delayed action, putting things off, procrastinating, or “wasting time” is an issue for you, the Begin a New Life program can help. It provides tools for fully identifying the behavior, making choices about it, and replacing it with more effective ways of functioning. It also helps you identify and address any underlying issues as you move toward a more productive way of life—putting first things first and getting things done. It’s an excellent stand-alone program or adjunct to other methods or approaches. The program can be done in the privacy of your home or in a group setting.

If you are someone who struggles with procrastination and are looking for help, or if you’re wondering how to stop putting things off and wasting time, the BNL program can help. It empowers you to overcome barriers to productivity, set priorities, follow through, and get things accomplished.

I’ve gotten more out of this process in the first two months of using it than I’ve gotten out of thousands of hours of counseling.
